Auto ApplyBeta

Auto-apply to jobs with your own AI agent

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity - any assistant that speaks MCP. MORT prepares a tailored application for every job you're matched with, then your own agent applies, on your own computer. Truthfully, and only to the jobs you pick.

The difference

Not another auto-apply bot

Most auto-apply tools spray generic applications from a datacenter and hope. MORT doesn't. Your own AI agent applies from your own computer - tailored to each job, answered truthfully from your real profile, and only to the jobs you choose. You review before anything is sent.

How it works

From match to applied, in four steps

You stay in the driver's seat the whole way - MORT preps, your agent applies.

Queue

1

MORT matches you

We score live jobs against your profile and surface your best matches on Home.

2

You queue the ones you want

Click "Auto apply" on any match to add it to your queue. You always choose where you apply.

3

MORT prepares the application

For each queued job, MORT pulls together everything the form needs and generates a resume tailored to that specific role.

4

Your agent applies

Your own assistant opens each application, fills it truthfully, uploads your tailored resume, and pauses for your review - or submits, if you've turned on auto-submit.

Any agent, via MCP

Works with the AI you already use

Auto Apply runs over MCP, the open standard for connecting AI assistants to tools. So it works with your agent - Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, Perplexity, and any other MCP client. One connection, and your assistant does the rest.

Pricing

Why it costs less

Tools that apply on your behalf run browsers in the cloud and spend real money clearing captchas, logins and security checks at scale - and that cost lands in your subscription. MORT runs on the assistant you already pay for, on your own computer, so there's far less to charge for. Auto Apply is included in MORT PRO.

Exactly what your agent does, and doesn't, do

It does

  • Connects to MORT with your token and fetches only your queued jobs
  • Fills each field truthfully from your profile and CV, including an honest "no"
  • Uploads your tailored resume
  • Records what it entered, field by field
  • Pauses for your review (or submits, only if you enable auto-submit)

It does not

  • Submit anything in manual mode (the default)
  • Invent experience or fabricate a "yes"
  • Touch any job you haven't queued
  • Go anywhere outside applying to your queue
  • Send your data anywhere except MORT
Setup

Set it up once

A one-time connection. After that, your agent is ready whenever you queue a job.

1

Install the tools

Chrome, the Claude for Chrome extension, and Claude Code (or your MCP-capable assistant).

2

Connect MORT

In Auto Apply, under "Manage agent & tokens", create a token and paste the ready-made command into your assistant once.

3

Queue and run

Add matches with "Auto apply", then tell your agent to work the queue. It reviews first by default.

FAQ

Auto Apply, answered

Yes. Connect your assistant to MORT over MCP and it applies to your matched jobs from your own computer. MORT prepares each tailored application; your agent fills and submits it (or pauses for your review). Works with Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, Perplexity, and any MCP client.

Yes - that's the whole point. The agent runs on your machine, in your browser, so applications come from your real session, not a datacenter bot.

Auto Apply works with Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, Perplexity, and any other MCP client. MCP is an open standard, so any assistant that speaks it can work your queue. Claude is the most documented setup, so we use it as the example.

MCP is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to tools. It lets your agent talk to MORT directly - pulling your queued jobs and the application MORT prepared, then filling the employer's form for you. One connection, and your assistant can work your queue.

Safer than server-side bots: it runs at human speed in your own session, applies only to jobs you queued, and pauses for your review by default. Nothing is submitted in manual mode until you approve it.

Auto Apply fills out the employer's own application form - it doesn't automate LinkedIn or any job board itself. You stay in control, it works at human speed from your own session, and it only applies to the jobs you queued.

By default, yes. Auto-submit is off until you turn it on, so every application waits for your review.

No. MORT prepares the application; your own agent does the applying, on your own computer. MORT never submits anything from its own servers.

It's included in MORT PRO.

No. It answers truthfully from your profile and CV, gives an honest "no" when that's the truth, and leaves genuinely personal questions for you.
